Microsoft             |
SPYRUS is a Microsoft Certified Partner. Our technology partnership with Microsoft began in 1994, working with the then newly formed Microsoft security group to bring to market a number of robust security solutions based on public key and portable smart tokens. Among them are the Crypto Service Provider(CSP) for Authenticode, a technical demonstration program for the UK Government showing e-mail and PKI interoperability, smart token products for secure log-on and single sign-on, and S/MIME Labeling for policy-driven secure e-mail.
In 1994, SPYRUS licensed its security protocol technology for Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Outlook products to support the U.S. Department of Defense Message System (DMS), the largest public key messaging system in the world with over 300,000 seats deployed. This license has been renewed until 2006 to support the release of DMS 3.x and additional Microsoft platforms.
In 2001, SPYRUS and Microsoft announced the expansion of its partner ship to include SPYRUS development of the Signal Identity Manager that provides a complementary registration authority for digital identities with a smart token, policy, and audit management system in order to enhance the functionality of the Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Certificate Services (Microsoft CA). Signal Identity Manager is seamlessly integrated with Windows Server 2003, utilizes the Microsoft CA certificate management interfaces to provide remote certificate and smart token management capabilities, and optimizes performance through the use of Active Directory. |

IBM             |
| IBM and SPYRUS have teamed
to provide identity management solutions to enterprises
and government customers worldwide. Most recently, IBM selected
SPYRUS and the Signal Identity Manager to provide total
smart card, key and certificate management services to fulfill
the smart card and certificate issuance requirements for
the defense department of a major Middle East government. |

|
Raytheon |
| As the security systems integrator for
the Navy and Marine Corps Intranet initiative (NMCI) and
other U.S. Government programs, Raytheon is a key partner
for SPYRUS products in the government market. Raytheon first licensed the SPYRUS Rosetta CSI CAC Middleware in 2001. Raytheon solutions have since incorporated SPYRUS Rosetta Smart Card and USB tokens, and the LYNKS Privacy Cards for use within the national defense network. |

|
Lockheed |
| SPYRUS and Lockheed Martin Corporation have had a strong relationship since the original Defense Message System contract in 1994. Since then, SPYRUS and Lockheed Martin have collaborated on a number of projects for the U.S. Government, including the development and distribution of the Rosetta sToken™ (formerly
Software FORTEZZA), which implements the required government
suite of algorithms to enable authentication of users utilizing
a software token for the DMS and for operations systems
in the intelligence and tactical communities. The Rosetta
CSI sToken provides a FIPS 140-2 Level 1-validated token
in a software form factor for easier end user deployments.
SPYRUS is the only company to possess this technology. |

|
Infineon |
| SPYRUS first partnered with Infineon
in 1996, when SPYRUS began to develop the SPYRUS SPYCOS®
ISO 7816 multi-application cryptographic operating system.
Infineon, a Siemens company, is the preferred chip supplier for SPYRUS.
After years of joint specification development, Infineon
microprocessor-based chips have all the essential
requirements to support security applications in a smart
card. SPYRUS enhances the Infineon SLE 66CXXXXX chips with
its proprietary SPYCOS software used in its Rosetta client
authentication products. This chip has successfully achieved
ITSEC EAL4+ certification. SPYRUS combined its Rosetta software-enhanced
identity devices with the Infineon chip to achieve FIPS
140-1 PUB Levels 2 and 3 on its identity devices. |

Precise biometrics serves business and government organizations throughout the world, and its technology is licensed to close to 100 million users.
SPYRUS and Precise Biometrics have worked together since 2000 to integrate biometric authentication into the Rosetta client authentication software. Realizing the potential use of biometrics by the Department of Defense, SPYRUS chose Precise Biometrics as a partner to work with DoD Common Access Card-related projects. In April 2002, SPYRUS and Precise Biometrics both teamed with KPMG Consulting under a government contract to successfully test and evaluate biometric technology as an added layer of security for the DoD Common Access Card. SPYRUS and Precise Biometrics also combined efforts on a new network access control product that combines the SPYRUS Rosetta Smart Card and the Precise Biometrics Fingerprint Reader. |
