FORTEZZA Series II and
Jumbo FORTEZZA Series II Crypto Cards


The SPYRUS FORTEZZA Series II Crypto Cards support digital signatures and encryption for the U.S. Defense Message System (DMS). SPYRUS pioneered the use of the FORTEZZA card in the U.S. Government.

All FORTEZZA Crypto Cards support cryptographic and signature algorithms including SKIPJACK encryption and key wrap, Key Exchange Algorithm (KEA), SHA-1 Secure Hash Algorithm hashing, and Digital Signature Algorithm (DSA) signature.

The SPYRUS Jumbo FORTEZZA card extends the 50-certificate capacity of the standard SPYRUS FORTEZZA Crypto Card to 128 certificate slots. SPYRUS is the only company in the world to provide this support.

Application development is fully supported by the SPYRUS SPEX®/2 cryptographic library, available with SPYRUS software development kits.
