"WikiLeaks Could Not Have Happened With Hydra PC"

Use of Hydra Privacy Card® (Hydra PC™) from SPYRUS would have prevente tThe WikiLeaks hackers from ever getting access to the over 250,000 State Department dispatches allegedly downloaded from servers on the classified Secret IP Router Network (r SIPRNET).
Hydra PC USB encryption devices offer these features, which would have prevented the leaks before they started:
  • Store Encrypted Files Anywhere: Hydra PC devices are much more than encrypting USB flash drives. Files can be encrypted and stored on a server, in the cloud—anywhere. But you can also store encrypted data on the device’s removable microSD cards for infinite capacity. Even better, because the memory card is not a part of the device’s security circuitry, you can use any commercial memory card.
  • Data Containment: A hardware-enforced security mechanism ensures that Hydra PCs can be unlocked only when connected to an approved computer. A device connected to an unauthorized computer cannot be accessed, even with the correct password. The WikiLeaks files could not have been removed from the building and then accessed on an unauthorized PC.
  • Block Unauthorized Devices: Unauthorized USB mass storage devices are no longer a threat. No need to worry about data removal on other devices.
  • Every file Encrypted with Unique key: Even with authorized access to thousands of encrypted files, each must be decrypted individually.
  • Securely Share Files: Using Sharing Certificates based on Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) technology, encrypted files can be shared with authorized personnel without exchanging secret keys. Only explicitly named users can decrypt shared files.
  • Two- (or more) Person Control: One person unlocks the device; another unlocks one or more files on it.
