SPEX/®2 Software Development Kits for Rosetta® and LYNKS Security Devices
Security-enabled applications use the SPYRUS Extensions to the Cryptographic Interface Library (SPEX/2) to access security services available on SPYRUS security devices. This industry-proven API enables easy inplementation of security protocols into any application. SPEX/2 fully supports the Microsoft cryptographic application program interface (MS CAPI) and the Netscape PKCS #11 standard.
The SPEX/2 cryptographic library supports all SPYRUS security devices, including the LYNKS HSM, FORTEZZA Crypto Card, Rosetta Smart Card, Rosetta USB, and Rosetta CSI sToken.
All SPEX/2 SDKs support any 486 or higher PC running Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000, Windows XP, or Windows Server 2003.
Software Development Kits
The SPEX/2 SDK is available in four configurations. These SDKs ship with cryptographic security devices specific to the target application.
